Fullscreen in DOS

I am working on a main frame, but I can't use it, because whenever I log in, I get the error
-/-100 Batch Mode
which means I am in line mode, not full screen, which is different than what ALT+ENTER does.

There should be a setting in the Terminal Software, you're using to connect to the mainframe server.
