FTP client for DOS

I have a DOS machine which can do dial-up. I need to be able to do FTP to remote location. If possible I need to do the FTP though batch process. If possible provide file name to be FTPed on the command prompt. So the batch can run without manual intervention. If I have to write code, that is also ok. But in that case I will need socket libraries. Where will I get free socket libraries?
