I would download and install Dos Navigator to speed things along. Make a directory called docstemp and then open DOS Navigator. Open the docstemp directory in the righthand pane and go through each of the directories in the lefthand pane, copying the documents and other files you want to save into it. If you don't have enough room, delete the Windows directory first. After you have gone though each directory and have saved the files you want, delete any folders that contain Windows programs. Delete the Windows directory, if you haven't already done so. Edit your config.sys and autoexec.bat to change lines such as Smartdrive from C:\Windows\ to C:\DOS. Reboot. At this point, you should be able to Scan Disk, Defrag, and then run Memmaker to configure memory for DOS-only. Remember to keep your driver directories, SB16 for example. There may be one for your mouse and CDROM, as well. Well, that's about it. Good luck.
