i accidently did something to my computer and it wont go on to windows 95. when i try reinstalling it it asks for a windows 95 upgrade disk the make of my computer is ibm and was wondering how to format the hard drive ive tried c:\format c:

You need a boot disk,
try www.bootdisk.com
this should have format.com
with this in the drive do format c:
