XCopy or SCopy will work.

Well Copy or XCopy are fine for copying files from Directory to Directory but not via a Serial Cable! InterLink which came with any version of MS-DOS 6x will however. Or a program such as LapLink or FastLynx do the job better, giving you a menu run program on each machine. Take a look at the following page on my PowerLoad site:
