Fdisk problem

I deleted the primary DOS partition using fdisk. Now when I use the boot floppy again and try to run fdisk again, it shows as "Bad Command or FileName". How do I set the primary DOS partition? How do I get fdisk to run again?

First find out where it is:

dir/s fd*

That means the fdisk command is not in the current directory or in the path. Normally it'd be in the root directory of the floppy disk. In other cases the bootdisk creates a temporary ramdrive and copies it there. I've even seen some bootdisks without that command. It may just be easier to get another bootdisk. You can download a file to create a bootdisk from places like www.bootdisk.com or I can send you the one I use.
