Dual Boot DOS and WIN NT How to do it, and How to use MSDOS BOOT DISK TO Partition HDD into 2 Partitions and prevent MS DOS Fromat The 2 Partitions HDD During The Installation??

Can't.

Partition the drive and format all primary and logical drives with Dos.

Install Dos.

Load NT - dual boot shares FAT16 primary partition ie C: drive.

Format the logical drive as NTFS when in NT.
