I NEED TO KNOW THE DIFFERANCES BETWEEN MS-DOS AND WINDOWS 95

How in-depth do you want to go? One is command line based (type in your commands - syntax counts!) while the other is GUI (graphical user interface) based. One could fill a book with the differences.

As Terminator said "One could fill a book with the differences" and infact many people have done just that. Go down to your local bookstore and get a book on it.

Crap. Psychology dictates that someone will now try to prove me wrong and post him an answer. Good going on my part. Gee, it sure would be nice if we could DELETE OUR OWN POSTS!!

Think of the difference between a Ford Model T and a Lincoln Navigator. The Model T is a car, it moves you around, has 4 wheels and so does the Navigator. The difference is that the Model T was an early version of an auto and is less refined and comfortable than the Navigator.
Same with MS-DOS/Win95. They both run computers, execute commands, run programs but MS-DOS is an earlier version and is less-refined, less comfortable, less moden. Win95 is newer and much more elegant.
Otherwise, the primary difference between the two is that Windows uses a graphical icon type environment and DOS uses a command line "type in the command" format.

That's right Jon, the so called "Sport Utility Vehicles" are the product of our bloated and consumer driven society, they consume resources and drive up our oil/gas prices just so some guy can act macho to make up for his feelings of personal inadequacy. Anyone who drives an "SUV" is a PO-ssser, and nothing more.
