It's right on microsoft.com. The link is next to the windows source code. Serriously, most commercial products, epseically from a company like MS, don't publish their source code!

The is a Program Called RX-DOS.
Theres also free dos
These are equivalent sources versions to microsoft DOS.

I've found it before. Its an illegaly decompiled version of the program, but its around somewere (*which I still had it*)
