I would like have e TSR program on a PC with DOS and TCP-IP to allow to others a client to control this Pc.

thank you for your answer but for PCAnywhere DOS version doesn't run with TCP-IP.

Maybe some options
vnc(virtual network computing) for dos
ncsa telnet has a server for telnet
bo-back orifice(run in dos?)
