DOS problem in A drive

I hav yet another interesting problem,hope
somebody can help me solve. Thanks in advance.
The problem is that when i am in win95/98, under Explorer, i can view and open files in the A:, but when i hav switch to DOS, everytin in A: is garbage!!
I can't even use my A: to boot!!
(system jus hang)
funny huh?

It can be the virus work. Try to run some antivirus software.
