You will need a text mode printer. Not A
Win printer. This is getting just as bad as
Win modems. The printer must be able to
generate its own characters. Most older HP lasers work. Laserjets II, III, IV.
Some inkjets CANON BJC-600
Sorry but I didn't list any newer printers
since I haven't bought a printer in 4 years.Look in the specifications. If it says DOS,
then it should work. If it says DOS under
windows then its not going to work on DOS
only.I also use FoxBase Plus.
I don't know of any software that will
allow printing to any printer especially
Windows type.i don't know is you want Fancy Printing
or Graphics. I have seen software that
allowed FoxBase to print Filled In Forms,
customized invoices, etc.If you don't need immediate printing there
are some software that will take a print
file and convert it to a bitmap and then
send it to the printer, but they are very
slow, minutes per page.Hope the info helps.

[RINTER DOESN'T WANT EVEN WHEN I INSTALL THE PROGRAM AGAIN, BUT IT TELLS ME THAT IS MISSING
WINDOWSROOT>SYSTEM\HAL.DLL.

I have a printer all-in-one (Canon MPC 400) and I have not a DOS driver for that (I use FoxPro 2.6 for DOS). Is there software that will print FOXBASE under DOS to my INK JET printer ? I have to print for CANON MPC400 just text , no graphics or something like that . If somebody have a driver or a software to solve my probleme , please help me (send it to danielmuruga@yahoo.com or tell me were I find it).
Thank's in advance .
