Comment:

I have a DOS program residing in NT server. When executed on a WIN98SE client, it is normal but it will result in 100% CPU usage on the WIN2K client when executed.

Can anyone advice?? Is it simply OS compatibility problem for the DOS based program OR ??????

Right click on the exicutible, and run it in compatiblility mode for Windows 95. This should take the CPU usage down to a normal level.
