I am familiar with the config and autoexec files but cant seem to get to grips with the use of a network boot disk for dos. All this protocol.ini files stuff is confusing me! Do i need to run a client setup program from NT or 2000 to get a dos bootup network disk to talk to my server or do I have to modify all the entries in the network files myself (ie protocol.ini, system.ini etc.?) Do I even need system.ini??? I am trying to get my dos machines to start up and accept a DHCP offer from my servers. (Or at least get them to browse the servers) Can sombody help, PLEASE, (PRETTY PLEASE), (PRETTY PLEASE WITH HUNDREDS AND THOUSANDS ON TOP)! Thanks, Mark.

You should be able to get a Net bootdisk ready to go or very easily modified from Here

Mark,
Just check your mailbox. I have mailed you the disk a total of three times now. I hate to seem impatient but I spent a lot of time getting that disk together for you.
