I can't figure out how to edit my config.sys file so that my mouse will work on dos. I've tried several drivers but none work. Maybe I'm useing the wrong commands. My mouse is a ps/2 version p/n 404211-001 fcc id fsugmze4. Please help.

make a directory on your c drive called mouse download the standard ps2 mouse driver. place it in the mouse directory. Edit your autoexec.bat file with a line .. c:\mouse\mouse.exe now you have a dos mouse

They're all right, you should just download the driver and add the line referring to the .com file at your autoexec.bat
but if none of those drivers work (as in my computer) I suggest you the microsoft mouse driver for DOS (just if all those didn't work)
