OS: FreeDOS Beta 9
CPU/Ram: Pentium 4 3.0GHz / 1GB RA
Comment:

I was interested in setting up my primary box so I could boot to FreeDOS Beta 9 (for my collection of DOS games) and use Arachne for web access.

Is there any way to use my motherboard's onboard ethernet or would I need a separate network card? (Motherboard is ASUS P4P800SE with Marvell Yukon ethernet, I have not been able to find a packet driver for it)

If you want to use the on-board ethernet then contact:

Easier option would be to use a PCI NIC which has Packet Drivers available.

Crynwr didn't have anything I could decipher as being useful, so I think I might go with the PCI option. Care to recommend a brand?
