hello everyone. i am using doslfn with dos 7.1 doslfn support lfnames in msdos but i have a trouble with nc55. nc55 still doesnt show the lfn as it is but puts ~1.txt(ex). is there another commander fixes that or is there a dosshell program like command.com that fixes it? i tried 4dos but the same trouble thx sakism

Obviously NC itself is not LFN aware. LFN is not perfect whatever version you find............... Maybe instead of WinDOS7.1 try DR-DOS7.01 with the DRDOS PROJECTS Updates: http://www.drdosprojects.de/index.cgi/about.htm NC Clones, as newer may handle LFN with more success: http://www.ritlabs.com/dn/
