I have a compaq presario 1688 notebook, and i want to load ME on it. I followed a tutorial from microsoft, but when it came to formatting the hard drive, i restared the computer, and when it came back on, the screen was blank and there was a blinking cursor on the top left corner of the screen.I have no idea how to fix it.. any help would be greatly appreciated.
