hi,
I'm getting annoyed with having to boot into real dos with a bootup disk just because i have an urge to play a dos game and then to reboot back into windows to do some work, can anyone tell me where i can find a dos emulator so that i can play a dos game 'in' windows ME, and also could you give your opinion on your suggested program. thx

Neither of the suggestions above will work for games that require True Dos to run.
You must boot to DOS or buy some new games!

Virtual PC V5.2 for Windows 45-day Free Trial Version. Works under XP,2000,NT4 only. _http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/virtualpc/downloads/trial.asp You can install the dos version you need to use.
But since you are using WinME you will have to find Version 5.1 or lower.
