I was just wondering... Is there any place I can find an MS-DOS driver for this soundcard I have. It's an older card, a Soundblaster 16 ISA card to be exact. Any help would be greatly appreciated. No Windows drivers, just DOS. If I can remember right, don't you need to edit the config.sys file to load device drivers in DOS? It's been a while. I know you can find DOS drivers for other things like CD-ROMS. I just need one for my sound card.

You could check the specific Soundblaster model (such as CT xxxx) to see if there are drivers available - DOS very often doesn't require a driver set.

Generally, if you load the 'SET BLASTER= ' line in autoexec.bat, that may be all DOS games & apps need.

Awesome! Thanks guys, your advice really helped out a lot! I went to the Creative Labs web site and pulled of a DOS driver for my sound card. The driver set up my card for both DOS and Windows.
