I have had DOS check for my cd roms so I can play games. The message comes back that there are no cd roms. Can you help me with this problem please!

Have you installed the DOS drivers? Get your make and model number from your CD-ROM drive and find the CD-ROM drivers at;

you are looking for what I am also looking4-my pc is 12mb ram,420mb hd capacity;model acer 486dx/66,and the problem:DOS Detection of my CD Rom!I tried detection with a win98 boot-disk in the floppy-drive.Any suggestions?
