I need to boot from cd in DOS.

The current OS is toast. How do I do it?

If turning on the computer with the cd in the CD-ROM drive does not boot, you are better advised to get a boot disk with CD ROM support such as a Windows 98 startup disk and boot with it instead. Then access the CD from there.
