I have DOS 6.22 on a system, is there a way to make a bootable disk without formating it with the /s command? i.e. just coping files over to the disk? thanks.

Hi all,
I have 1 more question on this subject.
Is there a way to "BUILD" boot floppys from parts like boot record and fats from files.
Also making the disk bootable. But not using format/s or sys. Or writing a image to the floppy.
