DOS Boot disk

CPU/Ram: AthlonXP

I am trying to run a very old application written for DOS. Does any body know what are the commands that I need to inlcude in the CONFIG or/and AUTOEXEC so it can recognize my Hard Drive? It is formatted using FAT32.

dos 6 CANNOT reconize fat32 drives. boot your comuter up with a windows 95B or higher bootdisk. also, windows nt 4 CANNOT read fat32.
