DOS batch to check file dates

OS: Windows 2000 Server
CPU/Ram: Dual P3/733; RAM 1.5Gb

Could someone help me - I need a DOS batch file to check 4 files in a directory which are = today's date. If one or any of the files are not (older than 1 day) than call another batch file that I've created which uses BLAT to notify me.
