I cannot get my dos 6.22 floppys to boot anymore. I insert disk one, and after showing the BIOS settings, it reads from the disk, says "Starting MS-DOS..." or whatever the normal phrase is, then after 2 or 3 seconds, the drive activity light goes out, and the system just sits there. I know my bios settings are set to allow floppy booting, and if I insert my NetBSD or OpenBSD boot floppy at startup, it boots from those disk fine. What the heck is going on? I've tried new DOS 6.22 disks, and that doesn't work either. HELP PLEASE!!!!
My dos 6.0 wont boot with a system disk if you have answer or boot disk i would love it because of a pause command i put in the config.sys file. Help!! and my control alt del wont work????
