you don't change your IP address. besides, why would you want to change it if you don't even know what it is, or what it's for?

Your IP address is determined by your internet service provider. you cannot change it. There is some software that may "mask" your IP address but none work very effectively since everything that comes into your computer has to have the correct IP address in order to find you.
