Disk Boot Sector.

Hello, I saw a hard disk yesterday and it have a problem, I tried a few things but nothing worked on it, actualy it works ok, but when you restart the computer or format or partition the hard disk, it shows this message:- !!!WARNING!!! Disk Boot sector is to be Modified. Type "Y" accept and any key to abort Award Software, Inc. I tried to fix the problem by typing Fdisk /mbr, on the command prompt, but whenever i restart the computer it shows that message, and i have to press "Y" or any other key to continue, Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Enter your bios and turn off the virus warning. It'll probably be under Bios Features Setup.
