I'm trying to write a batch to find a randomly generated registry key then delete it. I use Regdel.exe, a utility to delete entries. I can only think to use reg query (XP) and write the existing keys to a file. But I don't know how to then isolate the one I want with wildcard and then append it to a bat file for deletion. Can anyone tell me how to do that? Thanks.
