The short answer is no and for Godsakes, don't try using a DOS defragmentor; it will truncate all of your long file names. If you are thinking of using defrag in DOS because it is taking forever in Win '98, use this FREE utility to automatically halt running processes and speed-up you Defrag immensely: E-Technik Power Defrag: http://home.yebo.co.za/~12036786/download/pd0100.exe

If you don't care about long file names be warned: DOS defragment utility can move windows critical system files w/o warning about it. That could make you Win OS unstable or even not functional.
