Just installed an used PcChips M599LMR Ver 1.4A All-in-one ATX motherboard w/ 300 Cyrix. This was a working pull. Motherboard powers up but not getting any video or beeps. This was installed in a new case/power supply, with new SDRAM. Cleared CMOS, unplugged all devices (FD/HD/CD), tried SDRAM from working system.

Did you set the pins for the cpu? Is the memmory the correct type for that board? I would think it is some type of memory problem.

Problem solved! Thanks for the help! Tried everything - pulled MB, disabled all intergrated devices - testing each time. After reseating RAM(again) and CPU, MB works. Still surprised that I didn't get any beeps.
