And I say again since my last reply was wiped... NT & 2000 are not DOS OS's They only Emulate DOS so you cannot create a DOS system diskette.

I mean, when I'm in a command prompt on NT or 2000, I can use the copy command to copy a .txt file to floppy, but not something like boot.ini or ntldr. Does anyone know how I van do this?

This involves making an emergency repair disk. You can not use the DOS copy commands to copy these files (as they are in use when you are trying to copy them).... In 2000, go to start, programs, accessories, system tools, back up.. There is an option to create the disk there...
From NT, run the command rdisk from command prompt..
