how can convert ntfs to fat32 in dos operating system? what dos operation convert ntfs file system to fat32 file system?

I don't think you can do it with DOS.
You will probably need a 3rd party itility.

Concur MS-DOS does not natively support NTFS, I beleive there was software written to work under MS-DOS 6.xx, but that was probaly for NTFS version 3 spec. which has long ago been superseeded.
What version of MS-DOS are you using ?????

As mentioned, with MS-DOS, you can't (unless you FDISK and format the drive again); and "true" MS-DOS doesn't inherently recognize FAT32 nor NTFS formatted drives. And once you've committed to NTFS in Windows NT (or one of it's offspring), you can't go back without FDISKing or special utilities (also previously mentioned)...

A possibly easy way, is to have an hdd that is formatted in fat16 or 32, and just copy across the required data from the hdd that is ntfs. This would have to be run under windows
Maybe a thumbdrive would serve the purpose, but it might not be possible to read this under dos.
Good Luck - Keep us posted.
