Hi all guy´s. I want to know where to find comp.exe for DOS. Google get only answers for windows.
Very thanks

If there is a possibility of several things going wrong, the one that will cause the most damage will be the one to go wrong.

Instead of comp.exe use FC that performs the same and is present in all DOS and Windows releases.

Anyway if you want absolutely an instance of that command you can download the FreeDOS clone from

For msdos it was COMP.COM up until dos 5. Then COMP.exe with 5.0 and after that it was dropped in favor of FC:

The freedos version is probably best for your dos 7.1. But I could probably dig up a 5.0 version.
