Sure can come up with an idea for doing that.
Go to System Tools - Scheduled Tasks. Double click "Add Scheduled Task", Next. On program window, select Browse - navigate to the WINDOWS folder and enter the File Name: Notepad.exe and click Open. Select a Schedule and NEXT. Then a Start time and Next. Then click the "Open advanced properties for this task when I click Finish" box, and click Finish. On the RUN line, after the notepad.exe add a space and then the full path and name of a small text file you want NotePad to open and display. Then click "Apply" and OK to exit.
This will create an Icon in Scheduled Tasks. You can then select it and open its properties and change its schedule as desired, selecting frequency, time, dates etc. as required. All you then need to do is create the text file with NotePad in the location you specified. At the scheduled time(s) the Scheduled Task program (stated at Startup by default) will start notepad and display the message window.
