CMOSGET.EXE and CMOSPUT.EXE

I need CMOSGET.exe and CMOSPUT.exe from DOS Power Tools Disk to save CMOS configuration settings on an old IBM Aptiva computer. IBM battery is about to die. Where can I get these files? No luck with web searches. Thanx.
