i have a problem that my bios settings are set to default after every day or sometimes twice in a day...i really want to get rid of this problem...if u cud plz help me......

Sounds like it's time for a new motherboard battery. Should be a silver disc type with 2032 number on it. 2 or 3 bucks at most stores with a good battery rack.
