Hi, I need to compile some code for an old 16bit Symbol PDT3100 handheld barcode scanner computer. The C libraries seem to be made for the old dos C compiler (Cl.exe). Can anyone help me with getting hold of this please (MS C and linker Cl.exe)?

Get the C compiler from Watcom. It is 16-bit and free.
