how do I use a cdrw as an off line storage device under dos6.22? Some say you can't, a dealer who want to sell me one says yes, but it requires dos drivers not provided!

"...A set of useful CD-R applications for MSDOS. They support every major CDROM recorder..." The following freeware programs are included in the larger Golden Hawk commercial DOS distribution package:
CD2CD.EXE- copy a single-track data CD from any supported CDROM drive to a CD recorder. The reader must be faster than the recorder.
CD2FILE.EXE and FILE2CD.EXE- CD2FILE copies a CD from any supported CDROM drive to a hard drive image file which can then be written to a CD recorder using FILE2CD.
DISK2CD.EXE- copies a SCSI harddrive block-by-block to a CD recorder.
CDTOOLS.EXE-performs CDROM functions including "Disc Finalization", "Erase CD-RW Disc", "Table of Contents", etc.
