Hey, i have this DOS game that wouldn't run in dos for a few reasons, they being that my mouse wasn't installed, my sound drivers wern't installed, and my CDROM drivers wern't installed, i fixed the first two but NOW i can't for the life of me get my CDROM to work in dos. i have used MSCDEX, but it keeps saying my drivers i'm using are not there, and i don't know what location it is refering to. Any way, if i could just get MSCDEX to work, i think i am home free, can you help me out man?

Find a driver for your CDrom
Usually a .sys file
Put it in c:\cdrom folder(you must create
it)

Add in autoexec.bat
c:\dos\mscdex.exe /d:mscd000
and in config.sys
device=c:\cdrom\driver_of_cd.sys

That should do it
If not mail me
