Could someone tell me the steps I'd need to take and the files I'd need to initiate a CD-ROM in DOS using only a boot disk? My laptop has crashed and I need to get the CD-ROM running before I can reinstall Windows. Any help given would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

You need to use a floppy bootable disk. If you have a second computer (win98): Control panel, add remove programs, create a boot disk
