CD ROM problem

I deleted win95 directory under DOS and now the system doesn't recognize my CD ROM drive when I restart it using a bootup disk. I would like to install win98 which is on a CD. Any suggestions?

Download a bootdisk with cd rom support from www.bootdisk.com
You can get one for whatever system you are going to use.

Install Red Hat Linux 6.2 availaible free in this months Australian Personal Computer Magazine. It's a great operating system, never crashes and you can kiss all your problems goodbye. Also included is Suns Star Office.
