Hi

I have double problem to solve.
Thirst one is that I cant play any DVD file although I have instaled it succesfuly and have new DVD player.
Next case is that I have added by mistake another cd in my computer. Ive downloaded HITACHI DOS DRIVER from your site and run it. After restart I could see cd (disck E:) which is no phisical. It doesnt exist but it slows down my computer. I cant remove in Device menager (becouse its not in there- there is just one hitachi cd/dvd).
So how can I remove unnecessary cd and then what to do so my dvd works ????

You may have only 1 problem causing 2 errors.
Try removing the hitachi drivers(either by add-remove programs in control panel or just deleting them) also go ahead and remove all cd drives in device maneger. after reboot the pc should find the cdrom, you may have to reinstall the correct drivers for the dvd.
If this doesn't get rid of the "ghost drive" look in your bios settings.
