I just finished building my computer and I can't load anything into it. I have a new hard drive and it won't let me load anything. Also, my 3.5 floppy will run properly. HELP!!!!

Sounds like you are wanting to install software to a new hard drive. This may sound simple, but did you FDISK (Partition the drive) and FORMAT the hard drive Partitions?
