can't load operating system

I have a dell dimension 4100. I recently replaced the hard drive and now I can't reload the os from the cd's I have. The message reads: Invalid boot diskette, Insert boot diskette in A: How do I get beyond this message and reload the os?

Go into cmos/bios setup and set whatever drive you're trying to boot from as the first boot device.
