cant get in to dos

okay this is my problem .. i installed dos drivers for my creative sound blaster . when i didnt need to now i get on start up , error memory manager not detecting emm386. so now i tryed to go in to dos to remove the error and when i tryed to reboot in dos i get ( access to the specified device/ path is denied anyone have any ideas what this is about ?
