If you use the windows95, you need to install cabview.inf to find the DLL file in the windows95 cd. If you use the windows98, start- programs-accessories-system tools- system information-tools-version conflict manager and then go to start again-run-type "vcumi" and then enter now you can see the DLL file which you are looking for in the version conflict manager window. click the DLL file you are looking for in the version conflict manager window and highlight it and click the restore selected file.
