help; I recently tried to format my hard drive with winxp as my os. As you no it wouldn't let me. So like a noob i fdisk my hd and deleted the primary partion, after, it said file system unknown and fat32 on the second drive. I tried boot-it and was able to delete all my partitions "great" and got my file system back to fat32. But it still wont let me format the drive. And now i can boot up with cdrom support but cant find the cdrom drive, "i have 2" i know the letters change when you change how many partitions you have but i tried c: its there d:there e:there f: ram dos or somthin like that, g: H: I: one of these should have been the cdrom. I cannot boot from cd and cant format my drive in dos did i toast this 60 g maxtor?
