iam new 2 this computer world..iam left with only 2.80 GB space in the c drive..and there are so many folders like BORLANDC,Intel,jdk1.3,Kpcms etc..can i delete some of these to get more space

If your not using them...go for it. Go to Control Panel>Add Remove programs. Depending on your OS, it will tell you how often you use the program. If you are for sure you don't use the programs anymore just click the program in the list and 'uninstall'. Do not go into your C drive and start deleting folders. It will corrupt your root directory to a point where windows will no longer function. Also go for just the large programs, if you are unsure about a program and it is small, just leave it alone. Games and things these days can take upwards of 6 gigs.

thanxs..4 ur helpful reply..but there are some file which i can't find in control pannel..what about that...sorry if my ques. sounds silly.
