I bought a old Packard Bell computer, 486SX. It is password protected, it asks for the password right after the floppy check. Is there anyway to bypass this to get into the system to change it.

W0rm has a utility on his page called CMOSpwd.. It can probably reset your CMOS password. Check it out here: http://jason-n3xt.org/dos/downloads/sec.htm
